About the Position
Address any client questions in English – by email or Skype. This will include providing information about existing orders or our products and services in general. When necessary, coordinate questions with the team executing the order.
Put together order reports.
Document incoming orders and client accounts.
Help train new employees.
Analyze financial transactions and catch irregularities if any.
Trace order statuses; if needed, alerts management of overflowing team capacity.
Contribute to team effort and maintain liaison with other team members to resolve any customer issues.
Fluent in written English – equivalent to C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Excellent people skills
Good computer skills – should be comfortable using:
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Minimum experience: 2 years
Internet browser (at least one of the following: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
Email client software, similar to Mozilla Thunderbird
Must be a team player
Ability to multitask
