Customer Support Representative

About the Position
- Address any client questions in English – by email or Skype. This will include providing information about existing orders or our products and services in general. When necessary, coordinate questions with the team executing the order.
- Put together order reports.
- Document incoming orders and client accounts.
- Help train new employees.
- Analyze financial transactions and catch irregularities if any.
- Trace order statuses; if needed, alerts management of overflowing team capacity.
- Contribute to team effort and maintain liaison with other team members to resolve any customer issues.
Our Requirements
- Fluent in written English – equivalent to C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- Excellent people skills
- Good computer skills – should be comfortable using:
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Minimum experience: 2 years
- Internet browser (at least one of the following: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer)
- Email client software, similar to Mozilla Thunderbird
- Must be a team player
- Ability to multitask
